Color Me Red!

In the drab winter months it is fun and beneficial  to add some color to your wardrobe.  Local fabric artist Kathleen Lewis hand makes these Hip Pockets from scrap upholstery fabric.  Each one has two clips on either side to attach to belt loops for a hands free purse. You are all set to hike, shop or just go for a walk with your essentials safely tucked away.

How about a soft warm chenille scarf by Peter Lanphear to keep you snug during a chilly winter walk and in a bright cheerful red too? As a color red is said to stimulate activity, intensity and extroversion. Wear red when you need to strengthen your resolve or pursue something you want.

For more red today, please visit Ruby Tuesday and Rednesday.
